Who still iron their clothes?
Hi, I got my iron out the other day to press some clothes. It had been a while since I did this. After heating the iron, I went to press my pants. The pants began sticking to the bottom of the iron. Sure enough, I looked at the bottom of the iron and gunk was built up on it.
So what do you do? It needs to be cleaned to glide smoothlessly over clothing. Simple and easy- Flaultless Hot-Iron Cleaner.
How to clean an iron:
Step 1: Start by emptying water from the steam can.
Step 2: Make sure the iron is HOT (cotton setting).
Step 3: Squeeze a tube of Faultless Hot Iron Cleaner on an old towel (100% cotton).
Step 4: Rub the hot iron over the towel in a circular motion.
Step 5: Move to a clean area of the towel and wipe.
For my dirty iron I repeated steps 3, 4, and 5.
Step 6: Wipe thoroughly.
Note: my iron is approx. 20 years old! Works like a charm.
Take care and best wishes!
